Civil / Structural Engineering Design:

The project was a successful ‘design and build’ venture for a new town centre in a satellite commuter population hub located 30Km outside the capital. The project required integration of regional public transport and provision of major infrastructural upgrading of utilities in the area, Also featured the use of extensive large scale soak-away and storm water attenuation for disposal of surface water run-off on site. The overall development incorporated a mixture of commercial / residential development including the following:

• 201 x residential units (apartments/townhouses)
• Supermarket
• 14 retail units ranging
• 8 own door offices –
• 2 office blocks
• Crèche with play area
• Medical Centre
• 60 bedroom hotel, leisure centre & swimming pool
• Underground ‘park + ride’ for train commuters.
