3 blocks of residential apartments located on outskirts of Cavan town. Particularly difficult ground conditions requiring careful design and specification of piling solution. 18 month programme achieved in a successful design and build venture.

Post-Construction conversion of use to 3rd level education facility, requiring widespread removal of load bearing walls, replacement with steel framing and detailed engineering analysis to determine methodology of load transfer and temporary works sequencing to deal with effects of residential loading and effectiveness in existing floor plates.
